MOSCOW: Russia and Ukraine have exchanged ten prisoners of war each and the Russian PoWs will return home later on Wednesday, Russian Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova said.
She told Russia's Zvezda TV station that the exchange took place on the territory of Belarus.

Thousands of prisoners have been exchanged since the start of the full-scale war in Ukraine in February 2022.
