South Korea says it is discussing possible investments in US nuclear projects as part of its broader US$350 billion pledge under Seoul’s US investment plan.

SEOUL: South Korea's Industry Minister Kim Jung-kwan said on Monday that Seoul is in talks to invest in a nuclear power project in the United States, without elaborating further.

His comments were made in response to a lawmaker's question about Korea's possible investments in nuclear power plants in the United States as part of Seoul's pledge to invest a total of $350 billion in U.S. projects.
