KUALA LUMPUR: The presence of United States President Donald Trump at the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits today further strengthens relations between ASEAN and the United States, marking a new chapter in both bilateral and regional cooperation.

The 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits, held under Malaysia's ASEAN Chairmanship 2025 theme "Inclusivity and Sustainability", will take place from tomorrow until Oct 28 and are expected to be among the largest gatherings in the regional organisation's history.
