US dollar little changed

NEW YORK: The US dollar was almost flat in late trading on Monday, reported Xinhua.
The dollar index, which measures the greenback against six major peers, went up 0.01 per cent to 103.140 at 3.00 pm (1900 GMT).
In late New York trading, the euro added to US$1.0930 from US$1.0919 in the previous session, and the British pound was up to US$1.2769 from US$1.2757 in the previous session.
The US dollar bought 147.30 Japanese yen, higher than 146.62 Japanese yen of the previous session.
The US dollar climbed to 0.8653 Swiss francs from 0.8647 Swiss francs, and it advanced to 1.3735 Canadian dollars from 1.3733 Canadian dollars. The US dollar increased to 10.5318 Swedish kronor from 10.5205 Swedish kronor.
