Employees, especially the millennial, prefer flexibility in terms of working hours and other perks such as training and career advancement.
Apple, Salesforce and Facebook have topped the list of companies that are successful at not only attracting top talents, but also retaining them.
The list is generated by the professional networking site LinkedIn partly based on its 433 million users interactions with companies and its employees.
The study showed that the work culture is different.
This is because employees, especially the millennial, want more flexibility in terms of working hours or the location where they are working.
For example, Suncorp Group allows employees to work from home.
In addition, employees will choose to work in companies that offer good packages and additional benefits such as training and and opportunity to advance their education.
Here is a list of 20 successful companies that manage to attract and retain top talents.
Also included is a brief description of the company and some of their attractive packages.
1. Apple
Apple is the leading electronic product manufacturers in the world. Among their popular product is the iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and MacBook.
It has 100,000 employees, of which 30 per cent of their workforce are in retail.
It offers a wide range of flexibility to workers, including the opportunity to own shares of Apple Inc.
2. Salesforce
Cloud computing company Salesforce was founded in 1999 by Marc Benioff and Parker Harris.

Facebook is one of the most popular social media network founded in 2004 by Mark Zuckerberg.
