POP star Beyoncé has posted a video of her workout routine to support Michelle Obama's "Let's Move" campaign.
"Celebrating the 5th anniversary of Let's Move!" she wrote to accompany the fast-motion video, in which she lifts weights and does crunches, leg lifts and lunges.
