BMW Group Malaysia introduces the new BMW Z4

BMW Group Malaysia unveiled the BMW Z4 sDrive20i and BMW Z4 sDrive28i M Sport – the newest iterations of the BMW Z4 in the country.

BMW Group Malaysia Chief Executive Officer Dr. Gerhard Pils said the new BMW Z4 takes the stage 25 years after the legendary BMW Z1 was first introduced.

"BMW Z4 has undoubtedly become the signature of the sheer driving pleasure of the BMW open-top driving experience and now the successful roadster has become even more desirable and attractive to our customers.

"The sweeping bonnet, long wheelbase, low beltline and low-slung rear-end play a more vivid and uncompromising part in shaping its appearance than is evident with any of its segment rivals," said Pils.

The new BMW Z4 is also fitted with the latest technology to keep drivers informed of the vehicle’s status.

BMW Connected Drive option allows the use of internet-based information and entertainment services inside the car such as web radio stations, Facebook and Twitter via BMW Apps available for Apple iPhone users.

The features also include the high-resolution completed with 3D map graphics BMW Navigation System Professional, extended Bluetooth, and iDrive with Control Display,

A USB/audio interface plug point and BMW TeleServices for a comprehensive range of entertainment, infotainment and other communication options.

The new BMW Z4 will be available at all authorised BMW dealerships throughout Malaysia from May 16.

The retail prices (on the road, without insurance, with BMW Service + Repair Inclusive (BS+RI)) for the new BMW Z4 are:

• BMW Z4 sDrive20i: RM359,800.00

• BMW Z4 sDrive28i M Sport: RM489,800.00
