Situated within the Botanica CT development in Balik Pulau, on the south west region of Penang Island, Botanica Mansion, an English mansion built in 1881, is enveloped by landscaped greenery.
The English mansion is now beautifully restored with a colonial feel, British inspired archways and door frames, and French inspired windows by MTT Property & Development Sdn Bhd.
The mansion sits on a one hectare site in Jalan Sungai Air Putih, here and features a clubhouse, restaurant, four suites, a gym and swimming pool.
Elysia manages the Botanica Mansion said the mansion was strategically located on a hill and offers panoramic views of greenery.
"The mansion has 12 rooms, spacious parking, a gym, swimming pool and a restaurant. We can accommodate about 250 guests at any one time," she told Bernama during the launch, here.
