French pastry chef Dominique Ansel will debut a unique creation at the South by Southwest (SXSW) event, an annual technology and entertainment conference to be held in Austin, Texas.
Ansel will showcase his chocolate-chip cookies shaped like shot glasses and filled with organic milk.

Eater.com reported that the inspiration came when Ansel had his first Oreo cookie, which was served with a glass of milk. He also said that it wasn't a natural combination in the French culture.
"If everyone was drinking milk with cookies, you might as well make a dessert that allows them both to be combined," Ansel was quote on Eater.com.
Ansel, who is the owner of the Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York said the cookies will be available on March 9 at the SXSW event but did not confirm if it will also be available at his SoHo bakery.
Ansel's unique creations are nothing new to those already familiar with the pastry chef. His other creations included The Cronut (a combination of the donut and croissant), Magic Souffle, Gingerbread Pinecone, Salted Pistachio Religeuse and Christmas Morning Cereal.
His first cookbook is set to be published this fall.
