Jeff Koons and H&M team on new limited edition balloon bag

With his first major European retrospective set to land at the Pompidou on Nov 26, the artist has once again teamed up with H&M for a limited edition bag featuring one of his famed balloon animals.

The Koons retrospective will arrive at the Centre Pompidou on Nov 26 and run until April 27 next year, and to celebrate H&M is releasing another collaborative leather bag, this time featuring the artist's 'Balloon Dog (Magenta)' piece.

It's the second time the pair have teamed up. This July was a big month for both parties, with the opening of the first major Koons retrospective in the States at the Whitney Museum of American Art, and H&M's unveiling of a new 57,000 square feet flagship in New York City on 5th Avenue.

To fête the two events, the brand collaborated with Koons on a limited-edition Balloon Dog (Yellow) bag.

This time around in Paris there's no new store, but there will be a launch party for the new bag on Dec 10, with an 'arty' breakfast organized by Nadège Winter.

The doggy bag will also be available online that day at hm.com priced at €39.99 (RM166).

Following the Pompidou exhibition, the Koons retrospective will travel to the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao from June to September 2015.
