The collection, made possible via a partnership with Sequential Brands Group Inc. and footwear partner, Camuto Group, will launch this Friday (August 12). It will merge feminine designs with technical attributes for footwear that is lightweight and flexible with "breathable linings" (via WWD).
The line will retail in stores from US$69 to US$89, and will initially be available via HSN, along with jessicasimpson.com, and department stores such as Macy's Inc., Dillard's Inc. and Belk Inc. this month.
As part of the brand campaign, a "Warm Up" video clip, shot by photographer and director Anthony Mandler and featuring music and lyrics co-written by Simpson and Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter and producer Linda Perry, has also been released via jessicasimpson.com, YouTube and Facebook.
