Kylie Minogue secured her second Grammy Award, twenty years after her initial win, for Best Pop Dance Recording with the viral hit "Padam Padam."
BBC News reported that although absent from the ceremony at Los Angeles's Crypto.com Arena, co-writer Peter Rycroft (Lostboy) accepted the award on her behalf, expressing gratitude to Kylie for her belief in the record's potential.
The victory marked two decades since Kylie's first Grammy win for Best Dance Recording with "Come Into My World."
In a video on social media, Kylie, in her dressing room, celebrated exuberantly upon hearing the news, emphasizing her joy as a "two-time Grammy winner."
Later on the red carpet, she attributed her enduring success to curiosity, drive, and a willingness to embrace change, emphasizing her appreciation for the numerous opportunities that have allowed her to evolve over the years.
