A Michelin-starred restaurant in Chicago has hopped -- and shimmied -- onto the Harlem Shake trend with its own version of the dance in a YouTube video that’s gone viral.
Kitchen staff at Tru Restaurant erupt in the signature seizure-like dance moves in the 30-second video which, as of February 27, has received 11,025 hits since being uploaded four days earlier.
Moments after performing monotonous kitchen tasks like sharpening knives, mopping and stirring, in signature Harlem Shake style, as soon as the bass drops, staff sporting ski goggles and other unidentifiable gear erupt into convulsive dance moves with executive chef Anthony Martin at the forefront, while pots and pans are set aflame in the background.
