A Twitter account known as Secrets Malaysia using the handle @twtsecretsmy is generating a lot of buzz in the cyber world.
Together with its website secretpostsmy.tumblr.com, it allows users to share their secrets, confessions and rants anonymously.
The twitter account now boast a following of 15,600 followers and has since published almost 3,300 tweets (as of press time).
Those who are active on Twitter may already be familiar with how vocal some fellow 'tweeps' can be, but if you've been following the Secrets Malaysia account, you're in for another roller coaster ride. The tweets are as honest and real as can be.
Although some of the tweets may be too hot to handle, a disclaimer on its Tumblr page states: "This is a no-judge zone; we do not welcome your judgements here."
The Twitter and Tumblr pages are updated on a daily basis
A lot of the tweets revolve around love, specifically on loneliness, missing their ex and falling out of love:
Another recurring theme on the timeline is confessing on any wrongdoings like drug abuse to stealing items from a store to lying about what they ate at the mamak stall to pay a cheaper price.
There are also tweets about confidence, self-image and low self-esteem.
Another interesting topic is on family matters, where they share what they think of their parents, siblings and other relatives:
Despite the rants and anger, some of the tweets remained positive:
On Saturday, we published a review on Facebook Fairytales which captured the positive aspect of social media and how the social media site had managed to make a positive change in some people's lives.
