120 cows for Aidiladha sacrifice in Putrajaya

A total of 120 cows will be slaughtered for the Aidiladha sacrifice at the Putrajaya parliamentary-level "Korban Perdana dan Kenduri Rakyat' programme this Monday.
Putrajaya UMNO division Secretary Datuk Shokri Shafee said all the cows were donated by Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.
He said the cows would be handed over to Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Mosque, Putrajaya Corporation( PPj), Federal Territories Ministry, surau and also UMNO branches in the constituency.
The cows will be slaughtered for the Aidiladha sacrifice simultaneously after the Aidiladha prayer, he told reporters.
He said the cows were brought from Malacca, Pahang and Kelantan. -- Bernama
