Police detained a 19-year-old for allegedly molesting a 24-year-old married woman while lining up to buy vouchers at the newly opened Courts Malaysia in Jerteh, this morning.
During the incident, the woman from Kuala Ibai, Kuala Terengganu was standing in front of the teenager when she felt someone rubbing her breasts from behind.
The woman notified her husband who was standing nearby and her husband immediately informed police who were stationed there.
Besut police chief Supt Kamaruddin Mohd Zakaria who confirmed the arrest said the teenager from Kampung Cawat, Kuala Besut had also tested positive for Methamphetamine.
