2 men charged with murder of Indonesian woman
The duo allegedly killed Suwarni, 56, a restaurant assistant near Offgamers Sdn Bhd in Jalan Pasar here, between 3.40am and 4.20am on March 3.
Two men were charged in the Magistrate's Court here today with the murder of an Indonesian woman, last month.
No plea were taken from S. Gunasegaran, 33, and Muhammad Faiz Mohd Zaifuddin, 29.
Only the High Court has jurisdiction over the charge which carries the mandatory death sentence on conviction, under Section 302 of the Penal Code.

Magistrate Zuhair Rosli set June 9 for remention.
Deputy public prosecutor K. Vasugi appeared for the prosecution while the two accused were unrepresented.
