A total of 37 passengers were hurt when their bus overturned at KM5.8 Kuala-Lumpur-Seremban expressway, near Sg Besi here today.
In the incident at about 9am, the bus carrying 44 passengers was on its way from Ampang to Puchong.
A Fire and Rescue Department spokesman said they received the distress call at about 9.37am.
Firemen from the Sungai Besi, Taman Desa and Bukit Jalil fire and rescue stations had then rushed to the scene.
"All those hurt have been sent to Kuala Lumpur Hospital, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Hospital and Serdang Hospital for treatment.
