"Among the offences of disobeying MCO instructions include failing to comply with physical distancing (205), entertainment centre activities (94), not wearing face masks (77), failing provide equipment to record customer details (59), and others (52)," he said in a media statement on Monday.

The PDRM Compliance Operations Task Force conducted 51,319 inspections yesterday to monitor and enforce compliance for the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Recovery Movement Control Order (RCMO).

"A total of 2,580 Compliance Teams involving 11,612 members have monitored 3,476 supermarkets, 4,545 restaurants, 1,605 hawkers, 1,283 factories, 3,131 banks and 512 government offices. Meanwhile, Op Benteng yesterday managed to detain 25 illegal immigrants (PATI) and a skipper.

A total of 292 roadblocks (SJR) were implemented yesterday involving Op PENAWAR (ATM, PDRM and RELA) - 226 SJR, Op Benteng PDRM - 57 SJR, and Op Benteng AKSEM - 9 SJR.
