The police rescued seven foreign women allegedly forced into sex slavery during a raid at an entertainment centre in Jalan Imbi early Saturday.
The victims comprised six Chinese and a Vietnamese aged between 25 and 35.
Kuala Lumpur CID chief Datuk Zainuddin Ahmad said the women were rescued in the 1am raid at the outlet near Jalan Palmer.
He said the police got their 'break' into a syndicate which forced women into sex slavery when an undercover policeman was offered sexual service at a room in the outlet.
"Following that, a police team raided the premises and rescued the woman," he said in a statement.
He said room-to-room inspections at the premises found six other foreign women, suspected to be victims of sexual exploitation.
Zainuddin said a 47-year-old man, believed to be the premises manager and a 61-year-old woman were also nabbed to facilitate investigations.
