'Ah Jib Gor' drums up CNY celebrations
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak is certainly in the festive mood.
As the Chinese community usher the Year of the Snake on Sunday, they received a Chinese New Year greeting from Najib who 'starred' in a video clip which has been posted on YouTube and his official Facebook page.
The one minute video clip features Najib donning a Chinese traditional costume while playing the Chinese drum which shows a different side of him as the Prime Minister.
Najib added a short comment alongside the video on his Facebook page that read: “I enjoyed recording this Chinese New Year message...Gong Xi Fa Cai!”.
This is in addition to Najib and his son, Nor Ashman also extending their Lunar New Year greetings, in Mandarin, over a local radio station.
