Another 3S centre added to Nissan’s list

That is 19 3S centres under Edaran Tan Chong Motor’s belt and that is not the end of their 3S centre plans.

Edaran Tan Chong Motor just moved into a new town with the launch of their latest 3S centre in Taiping. This is Nissan’s 19th 3S centre in the country and the second opening this year after the launch of the Johor Jaya Mega 3S Centre back in May.

The new Taiping 3S Centre is strategically located on Jalan Simpang 34000, Taiping, Perak and spans over 17,846 square feet. ETCM specifically picked out the location with convenience to the surrounding community in mind. ETCM has invested about RM800,000 on renovations alone. The newly designed showroom layout allows the area to display up to eight Nissan models at a time while the service centre is equipped with eight service bays with a capacity to service up to 30 cars per day.

Inside, the centre is equipped with facilities that offer customer convenience and comfort while waiting for their cars to get serviced. Facilities include a lounge and refreshment bar complete with WiFi connectivity as well as a Kid’s Corner for customers and children.

Manning the service centre will be six highly trained technicians, three service advisors and a head of workshop while the showroom floor will be watched over by 15 sales professionals along with a head of branch. That is a total of 26 members of the staff working at Nissan’s new Taiping 3S Centre.

The launch of their latest 3S Centre is a reflection of ETCM’s commitment to enhance its sales network and ensure that customer ownership experience at met on all levels. Not only is the Taiping centre located strategically, ETCM has equipped it to be the perfect one-stop centre that offers all their customers the ease of being able to test drive and purchase a range of Nissan models, get that serviced and obtain spare parts all under one roof.

To date, ETCM has an extensive network of 100 Showrooms and the company is planning to add another centre into their list of 19 by the end of the year.
