Appeal applications for GKP can be made by June 15 IRB

Applicants whose applications for the Special Prihatin Grant (GKP) were not approved can submit their appeal applications before or on June 15 through the GKP portal at a href="https://gkp.hasil.gov.my"https://gkp.hasil.gov.my/a.
In a statement today, the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) said the appeal applications would be given due consideration and the outcome of their appeals would be announced from June 22.
“For appeal applications that have been approved, the GKP payment is expected to be made beginning June 29,” it said.
GKP is a special allocation totalling RM2.1 billion provided by the government for micro small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as financial aid on a one-off basis amounting to RM3,000 for each micro SME to restart their businesses.
