Australian man found dead for more than 5 days in condominium

An Australian man was found dead for more than five days in a penthouse of a condominium in Bangsar, on Wednesday.

The victim was discovered by an individual from the the management’s housekeeping service at about 3.30pm on Wednesday.

Suspicious that the victim’s unit door was constantly open, the witness had tried to investigate.

The witness was however shocked when the victim was found lying on his stomach in a pool of blood.

Forensic investigation revealed that he has been dead for more than five days.

The victim, in his 40s was last seen on Wednesday (August 13, 2014).

The cause of death is still under investigation and police have classified the case as sudden death.
