Behind the Wheel Episode 2 Part 1

We leave the hot-hatches behind and dive into the jungle. It’s all about trails and fun times for Behind the Wheel. By Jerrica Leong

We had lots of fun hunting for food trucks in hot-hatches last week, so we’re looking for something less urban to pass our times this week. Jay Menon joins DC as the entire Behind The Wheel crew follows off-road connoisseur, Lionel, to the jungles. While DC and Jay exchange nervous glances, their off-roading guide Lionel couldn’t stop smiling away.

The star of this Episode Two is the stylish Ford Kuga which will be receiving orders from Isuzu D-Max as they head off to find the simplest trails. So many of us have forgotten that SUVs are essentially to go off the tarmac and onto the dirt trails, we’ve seen too many examples of SUV owners behaving like their cars are low slung sedans and fragile as glass.

We’re sure that Ford is eager to remind you that the Kuga is a SUV after all, even though the car is a 2WD. Porsche certainly did when they invited CAR Malaysia’s Editor to try out their Cayenne on the mountains of Barcelona.
