Bersih 2.0 hands memo to EC

Bersih 2.0, the Coalition for Clean and Fair Elections, today handed a memorandum on the 14th general election to the Election Commission, seeking the implementation of nine proposals.

In the memorandum, Bersih 2.0 asked the EC to consider the proposals for implementation in the run-up to the 14th general election.
