Any statement regarding hedge fund billionaire George Soros' Open Society Foundation (OSF) will only be given in court, said Bersih 2.0 chairperson Maria Chin Abdullah.
Maria was brought in for questioning by police on Friday after reports were made on DC Leaks, alleging that Soros was funding several local organisations through OSF.
She said investigations are under Section 124C of the Penal Code, in relation to the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 (Sosma).
Maria added that no statement pertaining to OSF was given to the police.
"This is because everything regarding our accounts are available online and on Facebook. They can read it from there."
"We will not answer anything now, we will answer in court if there is a need to," Maria said.
She also confirmed that Bersih 5 rally scheduled for Nov 19 will go ahead as planned.
Inspector General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar had earlier warned that action will be taken against groups that hold gatherings without authorities' approval.
He said both Bersih 5.0 and the Red Shirts will need to obtain approval from venue owners even if the police had been notified.
