The bodies of a father and son found in Sungai Isap
The bodies of a father and son believed to have drowned in Sungai Isap Jaya, Kuantan, Pahang two days ago has been found.
Jamali Ali, 45, was found at 2.30pm today at Kampung Razali while the body of his 17-year-old son Megat Muhamad Nazli Jamali was found earlier at 9am near Taman Guru, some two kilometers from where they disappeared.
The two bodies were found by villagers who have been searching round the clock with boats.
Both bodies were now placed at the Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan (HTAA) in Kuantan, awaiting a post mortem as well as an identification by the family at the morgue.
On Wednesday, Jamali and his son Megat was said to be removing some household belongings from their submerged house into a fibreglass boat when they fell into the flood waters at Perkampungan Sungai Isap.
