Burst pipe causes water disruption in Jalan Ipoh

Several areas in Jalan Ipoh experienced temporary water disruption following a burst pipe near Masjid Batu 5, Taman Kok Lian, Jalan Ipoh, here.

Air Selangor Management Group corporate communications head Amin Lin Abdullah, in a statement, today said repair works were being carried out and water supply in the affected areas was expected to resume in stages after 12 noon today.

The affected areas are Jalan Ipoh Batu 3 up to Batu 5, Taman Dato Senu, Taman Pelangi, Kampung Perwira, Jalan Kepong Lama, Taman Batu, part of Jalan Sentul and Taman Sentul Jaya.

Kampung Chempedak, Jalan Bandar Dalam, Kampung Chubadak, Taman Kok Lian, Batu Settleman, Kampung Sri Batu, Taman Kaya, Taman Rainbow, Taman Eastern, Kampung Medan Wira Utama, Taman Impian, Taman Bamboo, Taman Tasik Indah, Taman Flora Impian and a section of Segambut were also affected.
