Cab users at KLIA 2 can opt for coupons or meter

Cab users at the Kuala Lumpur 2 (KLIA 2) terminal can opt to use the coupon system or metered fare when it begins operations on May 9.

LCCT/KLIA 2 Premier Taxi Drivers Association chairman Rusli Sharif told a press conference here today that taxis operating at the soon to be closed LCCT Terminal would continue to use the coupon system whereas city and Klang Valley taxis servicing KLIA 2 would use the metered fare system.

Earlier, he had represented 1,500 LCCT taxi drivers in thanking the Land Public Service Commission for allowing them to continue using the coupon system at the new terminal.
