Cambodian man falls to death in sewage tank
Firemen rushed to the scene after being informed by the victim's housemate on the incident at about 3.15 pm.
A 53-year-old Cambodian man was killed after falling into a sewage tank at his house in Jalan Tengku Kelana, Taman Sri Istana, Klang near here today.
Selangor Fire and Rescue assistant director Mohd Sani Harul identified the victim as Mohamath Sofiyen.
He said firemen rushed to the scene after being informed by the victim's housemate on the incident at about 3.15 pm.
"We pulled up the victim from the one-metre deep tank and the victim was believed to have died due to drowning," he said in a statement here today.
He said the body was then sent to the Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital in Klang for post mortem.
