Captain Hasman's remains arrive in New York today

The body of the Malaysian military officer, Captain Hasman Hussin, who died after the vehicle he was travelling in was swept away by flood waters in Missouri, the United States of America, arrived in New York at 5.30 am Malaysian time.
According to a statement from the Army Headquarters, Hasman's body had been flown on a commercial flight from the Lambert-St Louis International Airport, Missouri at 9.10 am local time (11.10 pm Malaysian time) to New York.
Meanwhile, the flight back from New York to Malaysia was being arranged.
Hasman, 33, who was undergoing a course at Fort Leonard Wood since Oct 1 was reported missing on Dec 26 when the vehicle he was travelling in together with his college mates was swept off by flood waters in Missouri, which also killed four of his friends.
On Wednesday, the Army Headquarters had confirmed that Hasman's body was found at 11 am on Dec 28 local time (1 am, Dec 29 Malaysian time).
