Classic Car Showdown

If you like classic cars and have a thing for vintage automobiles, then you will be extremely happy to know that Asia Klasika will be held as part of the activities available at XLR8. Come on over and sooth your classic car love over at the Asia Klasika section that will feature over 80 classic cars and 20 classic bikes.

Asia Klasika Motor Festival 2015 celebrates the automotive heritage of four great nations - England, Germany, Italy and France with its uniquely-themed automotive anniversary concours Jaguar sets the pace for the festival with its grand 80th anniversary showcase while Mercedes-Benz and Citroen celebrate 60 years of its iconic models, the 190SL and DS correspondingly.


Bimmer fans will be in for a treat with a display of early BMW 3 Series models in conjunction with the model's 40th anniversary.Also in store is a special tribute to the 105/115 series of Alfa Romeo in conjunction with 105 years of this legendary Italian automotive manufacturer.

And you may be wondering why would a fashionista like me want to attend a car show? Well, if you can picture it, these cars were from several eras where styles were very different and people appreciated very unique types of attire. However, think about these striking ensembles seated in these magnificent classic cars from various time periods. Well you don’t have to imagine too much, here we have some specimens of classic cars from particular eras and their fashion counterparts.
