Company denies publishing children's books containing homosexual elements
The children's books which allegedly contain paedophilic elements.
Publishing company Ladybug Publishing and Distribution has once again been thrust into the spotlight after it was alleged to have published two children’s books containing homosexual relationship and paedophilic elements.
The English books entitled ‘Alfie’s Home’ and a short story entitled ‘Daddy’s Roomate’ was written by Michael Wilholte.
Readers who had discovered the controversial contents uploaded its contents on social media websites and urged the Home Ministry to investigate the matter.
Meanwhile the LadyBug Publishing and Distribution company on its Facebook has vehemently denied publishing the two books.
It added a police report will also be lodged over the matter.
The company had previously been criticised for publishing two pre-school books including a book written in Jawi featuring examples which are deemed inappropriate for children.
Several thousand of its books had then been pulled off the shelves and reviewed by the ministry.
