Coroner visits site where William Yau went missing

Coroner Mohd Hezri Shaharil today led the inquest team to visit the site in Jalan Putra Mahkota, Putra Heights, Subang Jaya where the six-year-old William Yau Zhen Zhong was reported missing on Jan 16.
He arrived at the site at 3pm, accompanied by deputy public prosecutor Lee Keng Fatt, William's family lawyer Goh Kim Lian and investigating officer from Subang Jaya police headquarters ASP Mohd Zainal Abdullah, as well as William's parents Yau Kok Kang and Goh Ying Ying.
During the 20-minute visit, Mohd Hezri was taken to see the condition of the drain, which is located about five metres from the place William's father parked his car, which was not properly covered during the night William went missing.
The coroner was also taken to visit an electrical store where the parents went to on the night of the incident and another drain about 200m from the store, which was believed to be connected to Sungai Sireh.
William's body was found floating on Jan 24 at Kampung Sungai Sireh jetty in Port Klang.
The inquest proceeding which began on March 11 will resume on April 22.
