COVID-19: Four new clusters, among the five focus of the MOH press conference

PUTRAJAYA: The Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) has identified four more new COVID-19 clusters and an increase in eight new deaths.
Here are five highlights at the press conference of the Director-General of Health, Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah on Wednesday, 28 October 2020:
1) 801 new cases were reported, bringing the total number of positive cases to 29,441 cases.
2) From the latest information reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Center (CPRC), there is an increase of eight (8) COVID-19 related deaths.
3) MOH detects four more new clusters, namely Seri Gaya Cluster (involving Kota Kinabalu and Tuaran districts, Sabah); Greenhill Cluster (Kuching and Miri districts, Sarawak); Idaman Cluster (Petaling and Gombak districts, Selangor and Titiwangsa and Cheras districts, Kuala Lumpur); and Bayu Cluster (Johor Bahru and Muar districts, Johor).
4) 94 cases are being treated in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 25 cases require the help of a respirator.
5) COVID-19 infection cases in Malaysia is at 10,123.
