Data Migration: Schneider-Neureither shares SNP'S 4 secrets

When Andreas Schneider-Neureither founded SNP in the early 1990s, little did he expect that the company would become a powerhouse in the realm of information technology (IT) today.

In 2017, SNP has closed nearly 100 million euros in sales.

“I started to promote theoretical physics and economics when I was in the University of Heidelberg in 1995,” he recollected.

“It was then that I realised the time is right for me to start a company that manages the IT requirements of the various companies in Germany and beyond,” he added.

But SNP's growth in the early days, as well as their sustainability to stay ahead in the game today, is very much credited to their close relationship with another IT and software-driven German company – SAP.

“We found our lifelong partner in SAP. Our values and technologies are shared. Our culture is very much aligned. And even our buildings are close by,” joked Andreas.

Amidst the German humour presented by the learned CEO of SNP, there exist an underlying philosophy in his statements – that building a company takes a lifetime of accomplishing and it is one that requires good partnerships that can stand the test of time.
