Detainees under Sosma will be charged in court soon

The detainees under the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 (Sosma) will be brought to the face of the justice soon.

Sabah Police Commisioner Datuk Hamza Taib said the investigations on the detainees have not been finalised yet.

“Maybe we will charge them under Section 103(c) of the Penal Code, read together with Sosma.

“I am not sure about the date of the charge though,” he said at a press conference in Felda Sahabat. Hamza said so far 107 people have been detained under Sosma.
