Don't look down at army and police effort

Defence Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi urged the public not to look down at the efforts being carried out by the army and police searching the battle location in Tanduo village. He said the government has nothing to hide and the effort would have to be done with caution because it is risky. "Do not look down on what’s been done," he said in a press conference at the Felda Sahabat 16. The press conference was also attended by Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein. At the press conference, the two ministers showed a numbers of photographs that showed the evidence of the incident. To date, 13 confirmed killed, including a terrorist who was shot in the battle which occured at 6.45 in the morning. Among others, the photo shows the bodies of nine terrorists who were buried in a large grave. According to Ahmad Zahid, the tomb was discovered by the security forces during search operation and later joined by the forensic team to examine the bodies were found.
