Dr Mahathir-Nazri debate irrelevant - Ibrahim Ali
He said the issues to be debated by the duo are already a matter of public knowledge.
Pertubuhan Pribumi Perkasa Malaysia (Perkasa) president Datuk Ibrahim Ali has described the much anticipate debate between former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and Padang Rengas MP Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz as irrelevant.
The former Pasir Mas MP is also of the opinion that the issues to be debated by the duo are already a matter of public knowledge.
"I believe the issues to be debated are a matter of public knowledge but it is okay because he has time and no other work to do," he said at a press conference held at PERKASA headquarters.
"If it was me, I would rather water the plants at home," he added.
The debate between Dr Mahathir and Nazri was initially scheduled to be held on March 25 but was postponed to April 7.
