“Let me assure you, that we have pledged our fullest co-operation to the authorities and pledge our support to the driver allegedly responsible in the fatal accident to be brought to justice,” he said.
“Apart from that, we will hold a peaceful discussion with the victims’ family for the sake of the children of the victims,” said Hairul.

“We are being pressured after getting numerous complaints and threats on the social media. I hope that the public will be able to evaluate the situation rationally. The innocent ones should not be penalised,” he added.
Victim Fairuz Nizam's youngest sibling has on his social media, urged Myvi Car Club to come forward to meet with the victims' families.
Muhammad Faizznur Asyraf said, the sole reason he has posted the post was not to worsen the situation but merely an invitation to invite the club members to come forward to explain the situation.
“I have no ill-intention but it is for the benefit of both parties. What they intend to do will ease the burden of the victims’ family members.
