Eight-year-old boy falls to death from apartment

An eight-year-old boy died after falling from the third floor of an apartment at Bandar Mahkota Cheras, at 12.40 noon, today.

The victim, identified as Damon Yen Zhi, was believed to have fell after attending a tuition class at the third floor of the apartment unit.

The victim was found sprawled in a pool of blood by the public.

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department spokesman said the department received the distress call at 12.42 noon.

The victim had died on the spot.

Police has classified the incident as sudden death. Investigation is on-going.
