'Exist' main vocalist charged with drug possession

The main vocalist of local singing group, Exist, was charged in the Selayang Magistrate's Court here today with possession of 0.3 gm of methamphetamine or syabu.
Mohd Rohaizad Mohamad Lazim or 'Ezad', 35, claimed trial to the offence allegedly committed at Kompleks Selayang Mall, Selayang Utama near here, at 1.30pm on Nov 19.
Magistrate Nurul Izzah Hasan Basri set RM2,200 as bail, with one surety, and Dec 23 for mention.
Deputy public prosecutor S.Arunjothy appeared for the prosecution while the accused was unrepresented.
