With Facebook's new 'Reactions', you can now do more than 'Like' a post
Users can now express their reaction to a certain post in five ways - Love, Haha, Wow, Sad and Angry.
Facebook users around the globe can now do more than just 'Like' a post; they can express their reactions in five ways – Love, Haha, Wow, Sad and Angry.
After more than a year of research, Facebook finally launched the new 'Reactions' emojis on Wednesday.
Users can use the emojis by holding down the 'Like' button on their mobile phones or hovering over the icon on their desktops.
Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg, said in his Facebook post: "Not every moment you want to share is happy. Sometimes you want to share something sad or frustrating.
"Our community has been asking for a dislike button for years, but not because people want to tell friends they don't like their posts.
"People wanted to express empathy and make it comfortable to share a wider range of emotions."
Today is our worldwide launch of Reactions -- the new Like button with more ways to express yourself. Not every moment...
