The Famous Mouse Has Gone Coach

The brand used exclusive Mickey sketches from Disney’s animators, and the collection features a range of handbags, t-shirts and sneakers with logos and signs of the well-known Mouse. We believe you’re never too old to have some fun with your clothes and release your inner kid. One of our favourites includes a classic leather Coach bag with big, round Mickey Mouse ears. Classic Coach silhouettes with specially-created drawings to project childhood nostalgia while still looking refined and stylish. Creative director Stuart Vevers described how the collaboration came to be in an announcement, "I've always seen Mickey as a playful rebel at heart and a timeless symbol of joy and creativity. That spirit reinforces the new youthful perspective we are bringing to luxury at Coach. Mickey Mouse is one of my earliest memories of American pop - his nostalgic charm, cheekiness, individuality and inherent cool make for the ultimate American icon." The Mickey ear silhouette is also marked out with punky studs on a biker jacket and a frame on re-edition of an archival Coach bag from the 1960’s ‘the Kisslock’. Collectible pieces like oversize black leather Mickey dolls and shearling beanbags complete the offering.

On June 17, Disney and Coach are launching this limited-edition collection featuring Mickey Mouse designs on everything from Coach’s leather goods to ready-to-wear, and beyond. The collection is to be sold on coach.com and at Coach stores worldwide.
