Felda appoints ex-DG Dzulkifli as Felda Technoplant chairman

Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) former director-general Datuk Dzulkifli Abd Wahab has been appointed Felda Technoplant Sdn Bhd Chairman, effective June 1, 2017.
With this appointment, Felda is confident that Dzulkifli will be able to contribute to more proactive and productive plantation management, thus providing excellent service to Felda settlers, Felda said in a statement Tuesday.
Boasting over 30 years of experience in Felda, Dzulkifli has been actively providing consultancy services on land development and plantation projects in Indonesia, South Africa and the Philippines.
Felda Technoplant manages rubber and oil palm cultivation own by settlers and Felda, as well as sells quality seedlings to Felda Group of Companies and other industry players.
Until April 2017, it has nearly 240,000 hectares under cultivation involving 59,569 settlers at the harvesting, development and replanting stages.
