Five hurt in accident at Simpang Pulai-Cameron Highlands road

A family of five were injured after the four-wheel drive vehicle they were travelling in collided with a tour bus at the Simpang Pulai-Cameron Highlands road, today.
The middle-aged couple and three children under 12 were taken to the Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital here.
Simpang Pulai Fire and Rescue chief Rozmi Che Hamat said the department received a call about the incident at 11.53 am.
"Firemen who were at the scene had to use rescue equipment to remove the man trapped in the Toyota Hilux car," he said when contacted.
He added that two bus drivers and six passengers on board the bus were unharmed. - BERNAMA
