Five suspects in ATM blast robbery remanded

Five men have been remanded for four days to facilitate investigations into the detonation of an explosive placed inside an automated teller machine (ATM) in September at a bank in Dungun.
Kuala Terengganu Magistrate's and Session Courts assistant registrar Rosila Nik issued the remand order here Sunday.
The suspects, aged between 30 and 42, were picked at Sungai Jerik in Maran, Pahang about 10pm on Nov 22.
In the incident about 5.50am, robbers carted away RM260,000. -- Bernama
