Flood: Epileptic man and toddler drown

The second wave of floods in Kelantan claimed its first lives when a man, diagnosed with epileptic seizure drowned from his inundated home here, today.
Victim Baharum Mohamad, who works at a coconut oil shop drowned after he experienced a seizure attack during the incident.
His body was retrieved at area that is full with water due to to the non-stop torrential rain near Sekolah Kebangsaan Long Ghafar near Kubang Kerian at approximately 11am, this morning.
A toddler is believed to have drowned in two different tragedies at Kampung Pertang, Kuala Krai and Kampung Lepa Limbat in Kota Baharu.
The 20-month-old Nor Adriana Adila Asrol Afendi drowned after she slipped from her mother’s arms while the former was travelling to an evacuation centre with her three other children.
The flood situation in Kelantan has worsened with the districts of Kuala Krai and Machang now also hit by floods.
