Flood Season: Are you ready?

The dreaded flood season is upon us once again.

212 flood victims from villages around Simpang Renggam near Kluang, Johor are now seeking shelter at six relief centres.

Sungai Machap reached a dangerous level of 7.54 metres, as well as Sungai Benut, at 6.36 metres, while Empangan Machap is on alert status at 16.98 metres.

Earlier, floods hit Baling, Kedah, forcing hundreds of residents to be evacuated.
